- Yes. Free covers one active project with every project capability and unlimited users. It includes a monthly allowance of AI drafts, and exports carry a small “Made with TransformRadar”. No credit card is needed.
- How much does TransformRadar cost?
- Your first project is free. The Organisation plan is €490 per month including your first 5 projects and unlimited users; each additional project is €29 per month, so 25 projects is €1070 per month billed monthly.
- Do you charge per user?
- No. Every plan, including Free, has unlimited users — the steering group, the CIO, the CFO, and external consultants cost nothing extra. You are charged for active projects, not seats.
- What does annual billing save?
- Annual billing is two months free: you pay for 10 months and get 12. Projects added during the year are billed prorated for the remaining months and renew with everything else, so annual billing does not lock your project count.
- Are archived projects billed?
- No. Archiving a project keeps its full history and removes it from your billed project count. Only active projects are charged.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. You create your organisation and start on a free trial of the full platform without card details. When it ends you continue on Free with one active project, and upgrade when you want more.
- What happens if we stop paying?
- Nothing is deleted and nobody is locked out. The organisation continues on Free: one project stays active and the others become read-only, with all their history still readable and exportable, until you upgrade again.
