- No. Every plan includes unlimited users at every size — the steering group, the CIO, the CFO, and external consultants cost nothing extra. You are charged for active projects, not seats.
- What does annual billing save?
- Annual billing is two months free: you pay for 10 months and get 12. Projects added during the year are billed prorated for the remaining months and renew with everything else, so annual billing does not lock your project count.
- Are archived projects billed?
- No. Archiving a project keeps its full history and removes it from your billed project count. Only active projects are charged.
- Do I need a credit card to start?

- What happens if we stop paying?
